Abstract:
Unit costs are harmless when used with judgment and prudence, but likley to bring remorse and anguish when employed prmiscuously. Rare and talented indeed is the man who possess the experience, judgement and intuitive sense to know when, where and how to properly modify any tables or statements of unit costs to meet the peculiar conditions of each individual case.
