Abstract:In accordance with the program of tests on completed structures presented to the Association at the last convention, four tests have been made, two of them on standard forms of reinforced concrete floors in which the concrete slab is supported by one or more intermediate beams which in turn are framed into or supported by girders carrying the load to the columns. Of the other two tests one is on the girderless or flat slab floor, and the other on a combination of tile and concrete floor, in which the reinforcement is placed in two directions.
