Abstract:
Testing is one of the branches of engineering in which there has been considerable development during the last 10 years. We have been familiar for many years with laboratory tests, such as are carried out at the various technical schools, and the government testing stations. Supplementing these tests, come those of the new newer brance, known as field or full-size tests upon completed structures.
