Abstract:
It has seemed best to the Committee to cover certain points in specifications for Reinforced Concrete Highway Bridges and Culverts by definite specifications, but certain other points much be varied according to the special circumstances of the case and, therefore, what is considered to be the best enigeering practice is stated and recommended for adoption by the public.
