Abstract:
The following expressions of opinion and reports of experience which have been received in connection with the Aberthaw Investigation of the Effects of Vibration in Structures are presented somewhat in the form of a discussion in the hope that they will encourage further expression. Manifestly there is no attempt on the part of the writer to draw final conlusions; such effot will be reserved until the additional information has been collected and the experimental portion of the investigation is practically completed.
