Abstract:
The materials required for the construction shall be furnished by the contractor and will be inspected by the enigneer. Defective materials shall be removed from the site of the work and defective work repaired or replaced as directed. Facilities for the handling and inspection of materials and work at all time shall be furnished by the contractor.
