Abstract:
The work to be covered by this Committee is of such great extent and the time available before the convention of this year is so limited, that it was thought advisable to report to the Institute what progress had been made on this work with a suggestion that if the Board of Direction so desire, the Committee would be pleased to continue their work during the coming year and submit to the Institute a more comprehensive report and recommendations for the convention of 1921.
