Abstract:
The committee has held several meetings at which a tentative recommended practice for fuel oil strorage tank construction was discussed. A number of important changes have been made in the preliminary draft as prepared prior to the meetings, and the revised recommendations will be placed in proper form to be included in the "Proceedings" of this convention as information accompanying this progress report.
