Abstract:
This paper gives results and curves taken from a series of tests conducted in the Testing Materials Laboratory of Purdue University in cooperation with the Indiana Sand and Gravel Producers Association. The tests were originally designed with a view of placing before the members of that association some underlying principles in concrete mixtures. However, a number of tests taken from the different series are comparable under this heading.
