Abstract:Portland cement stucco can be defined as a portland cement mortar applied in a plastic state to exposed walls or surfaces. Usually stucco is used for decorative purposes, but frequently only for protection against elements. With few execeptions, protection is of first consideration. Assuming this to be true, the necessary properties of durable stucco are easily found.
