Abstract:
SP36 Presents selected papers dealing with the structural analysis and design of tall reinforced concrete buildings. Subjects covered include: frame-shear wall systems; framed tube structures, optimization, load distribution analysis, and symmetric shear wall analysis. Four papers dealing with various aspects of the problems of constructing tall buildings in sesmic areas are also included.
