Abstract:
In the construction industry, concrete contractors are continually faced with the burden of producing structures faster, better, and under budget. To accomplish these goals, many contractors are opting to use precast elements. The design of a precast casting yard, however, must be carefully executed by the contractor. His or her choices at start-up, coupled with the ever-evolving construction industry, affect the overall project quality and cost.
