Abstract:
This paper presents results obtained in a short study to determine the influence of frequency of the current employed for measuring electrical resistance of a cement paste, to establish the beginning and end of the setting period. It was found that frequency of the current has no influence on the values, although it is advisable to employ a frequency not smaller than 1000 cycles.
