Abstract:
Five basic factors to be appraised in determining the concrete industry's 1954 activity are reviewed. These include governmental actions, fianacing, industry public relations, competition, and development and research. Each of these basic factors will affect the working out of the basic economic laws during the coming year. The construction market for 1954 is viewed optimistically.
