Abstract:
The influence of the real stress-strain diagram of concrete wall structures on stress distributions and ultimate moments is considered. The stress-strain diagrams taken for the analysis are based on special experimental data. Consideration of the real diagrams permits an increase of the wall bearing capacity under horizontal loading by IO to 25 percent.
