Abstract:
Users of ACI CODE-562-25, “Assessment, Repair, and Rehabilitation of Existing Concrete Structures—Code Requirements and Commentary,” will likely have a need to design or specify some kind of repair or rehabilitation. The provisions in Chapter 9—Design of Repairs, are intended to aid the designer and set minimum standards for repairs. Some of the significant revisions to Chapter 9 in the 2025 edition of the Code are briefly highlighted in this article.
