Abstract:
More than 50 attendees met at ACI World Headquarters to learn about industry resources and opportunities that slag cement can provide. Presentations focused on the role of slag cement in making concrete more sustainable, projects that used slag cement, and slag cement resources available from the Slag Cement Association. The event ended with an on-site tour of a local slag cement grinding plant.
