Abstract:
The SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity in Sacramento, CA, USA, is housed in a structure that was originally the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Power Station B. The project team successfully repurposed and modernized a century-old structure by repairing the north, west, and south walls and carefully dismantling half of the east wall.
