Abstract:
725 Ponce is a mixed-use development with a 14-story tower located on the Atlanta BeltLine. The project features rooftop terraces with views of the Historic Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market, and the Atlanta skyline. Due to zoning requirements, the building height was limited to 185 ft (56 m). The article describes the project’s structural systems, concrete mixtures, and design and construction challenges.
