Abstract:
Launched in 2025 in partnership with PRO: An ACI Center of Excellence for Advancing Productivity and the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute’s (CRSI’s) Constructability Initiative aims to help the industry identify and resolve reinforced concrete constructability issues before they become field problems. Early in 2026, CRSI conducted an industry-wide survey to better understand where constructability problems occur and how frequently they are encountered. This article analyzes the findings.
