ACI Technical Committee Fair to Connect Attendees with Volunteer Opportunities

Attendees at the Fall 2026 ACI Concrete Convention in Atlanta will have a new opportunity to learn more about getting involved with ACI Technical Committees during the ACI Technical Committee Fair, Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM in the Hilton Atlanta Exhibit Hall at the ACI Resources Area - Young Member Booth.

Technical committees are the lifeblood of the American Concrete Institute, driving the research, codes, and specifications that shape the global concrete industry. Whether you are looking to advance your career, share your expertise, or stay ahead of emerging technology, getting involved in a technical committee is your most direct route to making an impact.

This drop-in fair connects attendees directly with committee chairs and members across a wide array of technical disciplines. Students, young members, and first-time convention attendees are invited to stop by the ACI Young Member Booth in the Exhibit Hall anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to learn how technical committees operate, explore open opportunities, and find the specific committee that aligns with your professional focus.

Committee representatives will be available in 30-minute intervals throughout the day, including representatives from committees focused on rehabilitation, corrosion, research, seismic design, concrete history, alternative cements, reinforcement, inspection, formwork, sustainability, ultra-high-performance concrete, repair, and more.
