Leading local and international brands to showcase solutions at Big 5 Construct Saudi, supporting project delivery across the Kingdom

As construction activity accelerates across Saudi Arabia, project teams are under increasing pressure to make informed procurement decisions, comply with evolving regulations and deliver projects efficiently. Addressing these priorities, Big 5 Construct Saudi, taking place from 30 August - 2 September 2026, will bring together more than 1,000 local and international exhibitors, enabling contractors, consultants, engineers and procurement professionals to compare solutions, engage directly with suppliers and identify products aligned with the Kingdom's active construction pipeline.

Saudi manufacturers and suppliers, including Masdar, Al Yamamah Steel Industries, Hussein & AlHassan G. Shaker Bros., CPC Holding and NAFFCO, will showcase products supporting construction materials, structural steel, HVAC technologies, integrated building solutions and fire and life safety systems.

International participation from more than 50 countries further strengthens the exhibition, with companies including Lanmix from Australia, K-Flex Insulation from Egypt, Germany's Masa and Coldrock Europe, Italy's Gibus and Oscam, alongside Al Muqarram, International Code Council (ICC) and Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International from the UAE presenting solutions spanning concrete production, insulation, construction chemicals, building standards and HVAC performance.

The exhibition will also welcome several companies making their Big 5 Construct Saudi debut, including Arkaz, Coastal Contracting, Hamte Group, TotalEnergies, Environment Icon, AlMekyal AlSaudi and Mectco, reflecting continued interest from companies looking to expand their presence within Saudi Arabia's growing construction market.

Addressing industry priorities through Big 5 Talks

Complementing the exhibition, Big 5 Talks will feature more than 30 CPD-certified sessions led by over 50 industry experts, covering topics including the Saudi Building Code, project management, health and safety, sustainability, artificial intelligence, concrete, modular construction and HVACR.

Among the programme highlights is a keynote address by H.E. Eng. Saad Shuail, Chief Executive Officer, Saudi Building Code Center (SBCC), setting the stage for a workshop on Navigating the Saudi Building Code: Key requirements and compliance pathways, providing practical guidance on compliance and supporting safer, higher-quality project delivery.

As a Supporting Association, the American Concrete Institute (ACI) will play an active role in this year's programme, with ACI members delivering technical sessions focused on concrete quality, durability and the application of ACI standards alongside the Saudi Building Code. Topics include reinforced concrete water structures, quality management and best practices that support safer, more resilient construction across the Kingdom.
