Description:
The 3rd Annual Housing & Sustainable Urban Development MENA Forum aims to bring together the key stakeholders shaping the future of housing, communities and major urban developments across the MENA region. The event will connect developers, government entities, contractors, consultants, architects, master planners, project leaders and solution providers to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with planning, designing and delivering large-scale residential communities, mixed-use destinations and major urban developments. A key objective is to provide a platform for leaders behind major and upcoming projects to share insights into their development strategies, project requirements and delivery challenges. The Forum will also explore practical solutions around livability and people-focused planning, premium and luxury developments, sustainable construction, climate resilience, innovative materials, advanced construction methods, MEP systems, digital planning and smart technologies. Through knowledge exchange, project showcases and cross-sector networking, the event aims to strengthen collaboration between project owners and the wider supply chain, helping stakeholders identify partnerships and solutions that can support the successful delivery of MENA's next generation of communities and developments.
