Concretón is a 5K charity race organized by the ACI ARQ UANE Student Chapter in collaboration with the ACI Northeast Mexico Chapter. The event brings together students, young members, professionals, families, and the local community to promote health, networking, and engagement with the concrete industry. Most importantly, it serves as a fundraising initiative to help architecture and engineering students attend the next ACI Concrete Convention, where they can participate in technical sessions, competitions, and networking opportunities with industry leaders. Through Concretón, the ACI community invests in the next generation of concrete professionals while strengthening connections between academia and industry.
