Description:
Machine learning has the potential to automatically identify cracks and other forms of concrete deterioration in buildings and infrastructure systems.

Practitioners, researchers, and owners are invited to present their research and experience on how machine learning can be applied using images, videos, and other inspection data to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and reliability of structural condition assessments. Emphasis is placed on practical implementation, the interpretation of results, their limitations, and their appropriate use in engineering decision‑making for inspection, maintenance, and asset management. The session also addresses lessons learned from field applications and considerations for responsible and reliable adoption in professional practice.

Abstract submissions are due by October 12, 2026. Please include the presentation title, presenter's bio, affiliation, and contact information in the abstract.
