ACI values its members. It also values its staff for their commitment to excellence in serving those members. One way that ACI shows that value is by conferring Distinguished staff status. Three ACI staff members have been honored this year with Distinguished staff status. They are: Khaled Nahlawi, ACI Engineer Michael Morrison, ACI Manager, Certification Program Development Vicki Rogers, ACI Event Planner Distinguished staff thoroughly understand Institute business operations, culture, mission, vision, and departmental interdependences and act accordingly. Other notable qualities of Distinguished staff members is the ability to provide solutions to complex problems, communicate extremely complex issues with staff, governance, and members, and make decisions that impact group and Institute operations. “I’m very pleased to be able to recognize these exceptional ACI staff members,” stated Ronald G. Burg, ACI Executive Vice President. “Their expertise, understanding, and execution of ACI’s mission, along with the rest of ACI staff, aid in fulfilling ACI’s vision of providing leadership to ensure our customers are equipped to sustainably address the needs of a changing world.”
