RYS2025 is the inaugural RILEM Youth Council-sponsored Symposium on building materials and construction.

The symposium covers a diverse range of topics, including the processing, characterization, and advanced manufacturing of building materials; deterioration and durability; structural performance; and the environmental impact evaluations. The symposium covers conventional and non-conventional building materials. These include concrete and cementitious materials in general, masonry, timber, bio- and clay-based composites, bamboo, polymers and innovative low-carbon materials applied in construction. All topics related to the themes of RILEM Technical Committees are also included.
