This is an application to register for the ACI Egg Protection Device Competition held in conjunction with the ACI 2010 Fall Convention in Pittsburgh, PA, on Sunday, October 24, 2010, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. A separate form is required for each entry. This form must be submitted before midnight EST on September 27, 2010.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Advance registration for the competition DOES NOT automatically register you to attend the convention or lunch.  You must register to attend the convention and to attend the student lunch separately.  Registering for the convention does not automatically register you for the lunch.  Visit the Events page for information on how to register for the convention and student lunch.
