What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format designed to deliver the latest news and updates from your favorite Websites to you in one central location. RSS provides a description of the update along with a link to the full article. Learn more about RSS at Yahoo! and c|net.

To view an RSS feed, you will need an RSS aggregator (a.k.a. RSS Reader). Several RSS aggregators are available for free download or you can use a Web-based RSS reader. We provide a list of a few popular free RSS readers below.

How do I use RSS?

Select an RSS aggregator (also called Readers) (a list is provided below).
Copy an above feed URL that corresponds to the topic that interests you.
Paste the URL into your reader.
