Your Concrete School: Continuing Professional Development in Concrete Design, Specifications, and Construction

About ACI Seminars  PIC

ACI SeminarsACI has a long history in the delivery of quality educational programs in the concrete field, and has provided the industry with educational seminars since 1969. Each year, ACI conducts more than 100 seminars throughout the United States to thousands of attendees on a variety of concrete-technology-related topics such as structural design, repair, troubleshooting, and slabs on ground. Instructors are taken from a large pool of ACI committee members who are educators, engineers, contractors, consultants, material suppliers, and others with significant expertise in the topic being presented. The technical material presented in each seminar is based on the most recent publications prepared by one or more of ACI's 130 technical committees and the latest thinking on these topics by the leading experts in their field.

In addition to having the most up-to-date information at each seminar, you'll receive free publications usually worth over $100.00, breakfast (breads/pastries), lunch, and refreshment breaks.

In-House SeminarACI has been serving the user interest in concrete technology for nearly 100 years. It is a not-for-profit scientific and educational society with over 25,000 members worldwide. ACI's charter from 1904 states, "(ACI's) purpose is to provide a comradeship in finding the best ways to do concrete work of all kinds and in spreading that knowledge."

ACI is dedicated to providing concrete construction professionals with the latest information on the use of concrete. Its reach extends to engineers, architects, government agencies, constructors, material suppliers, and others interested in design, construction, and maintenance of concrete. This dedication, coupled with access to the broadest base of concrete knowledge, and instructors to convey that knowledge, makes ACI the best choice when it comes to meeting your company's education and training needs.

The forum provided by ACI to create and disseminate knowledge consists of conventions, committee meetings, publications, periodicals, educational programs, chapter activities, and other methods of discussing all issues related to concrete; and the development and dissemination of solutions to concrete-related problems. Currently, ACI's technical committees consist of over 3,000 of the world's leading experts covering all aspects of concrete materials, design, and construction...and all of them volunteer their time and expertise. ACI's educational seminars are overseen by the ACI Educational Activities Committee.
