Quality Review Program
ACI has launched a comprehensive quality review program that began with Field Testing Technician - Grade I and will ultimately extend to all programs. The intent is to assist local sponsoring groups in administering the most effective, fair, and consistent certification examination sessions possible; ensures that ACI's policies are upheld; and strengthen the credibility of the program through quality reviews and constructive feedback.

Use these forms to help manage your Local Sponsoring Group activity.
Form D15, Board/Certification Committee Member Qualification Statement. This form needs to be completed by new certification committee members.
Form D1-D3, Examiner Application. If you have been chosen by a Local Sponsoring Group to serve as an examiner, please submit this application to ACI for processing.
