Abstract:
In Florida, ACI certification programs are carrid out though cooperations between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Construction Materials Engineering Council (CMEC), private testing and consulting firms, and the concrete industry. Each group accepts a level of responsibility in participating in ACI certification programs and they collectively make ACI certification work in Florida. Certification programs for field technicians, laboratory technicians, construction inspectors, and transportation inspectors are all active in Florida.
