Abstract:
St. Ouen’s Bay takes up almost the entire western side of Jersey, an island within the archipelago known as the Channel Islands. The shoreline of the bay is protected by a concrete wall that was originally designed and constructed as an antitank barrier during the Second World War. Near the beginning of the twenty-first century, the wall was evaluated and repaired. The seawall’s history, deterioration, maintenance, and repair are discussed
