ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I Certification now reimbursable to Veterans through the GI Bill
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (May 13, 2009)—ACI has received recognition of its Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I certification exam by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) for reimbursement through the GI Bill. Veterans may now attend a Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I exam session (full initial, or partial retest) from any ACI Local Sponsoring Group, then submit a copy of their invoice/receipt to the VA for reimbursement of up to $500.00. At this time, the Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I program is the only ACI program that has received this recognition, however, the ACI Certification Department plans to complete and submit applications for a number of additional ACI certification programs during 2009.
