Attendees will receive complimentary internet access in guest rooms at the Hilton if a room is booked within the ACI block.
Reservation cutoff is March 20, 2013. The convention rate is first-come, first-served and based on availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations may be made using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club International credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
Room reservations may be cancelled up until 3:00 pm CST 24 hours prior to the day of arrival without penalty. After this time, one night’s room and tax will be charged.
Room Share Assistance
To lower the cost of sleeping room accommodations, consider sharing a room with another convention attendee. Room rates and incidentals can be set up separately by the hotel. To help attendees find a roommate, ACI has set up a room-share service for all convention attendees. To post your information to the room-share list, please fill out the application below. Please note that you must be logged into the ACI Web site to view the room-share list, fill out the application, or remove your name from the list.
