All events, meetings, and sleeping rooms for the ACI Spring 2009 Convention will be held at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas.

To reserve your sleeping room at the Marriott Rivercenter, please call 1-800-648-4462 and identify yourself as being with ACI and/or the American Concrete Institute. To reserve online, click here and provide the group code ACIACIA. For triple occupancy use the group code ACIACIB and for quadruple occupancy use the group code ACIACID.

If you have special requests for your room type, please include this on your web form, or when you are making your reservations. 
Reservation cutoff is February 20, 2009. Convention rate is first-come, first served and based upon availability. Rollaways and cribs are available for no extra charge, but quantities are limited.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a cedit card. Reservations may be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club International credit cards.
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Room reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. After this time, one night's room and tax will be charged.
Room Share Assistance
To lower the cost of sleeping room accommodations, consider sharing a room with another ACI convention attendee. Room rates and incidental charges can be set up separately by the hotel.
