Move-in
Friday, 3/16/12, 12 noon – 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 3/17/12, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Show Open
Sunday – Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Move-out
Tuesday, 3/20/12, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please do not break down before the end of the show. ACI schedules labor based on the show closing time. No adjustments to the scheduled labor, delivery of storage materials, and acceptance of bills of lading will be made to any exhibitor who breaks down prior to closing.
Booth Styles/Inclusions
Exhibits will be located in the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The exhibit area is carpeted.
10’ x 10’ ($1200)
includes two chairs, 8' back wall with blue drape, 3' side blue drape, one 6' table skirted in white, one electrical outlet, one trash can, and one company sign.
10’ x 20’ ($2640)
200 sq. feet of space with two 6' x 30” tables, four chairs, one trash can, and one sign
20’ x 20’ ($5280)
400 sq. feet of space with four 6' x 30” tables, eight chairs, one trash can, and one sign
Booth Assignments
ACI uses a point system to allocate exhibit space. Exhibitors earn points at each convention in which they participate. More points are awarded per show to repeat exhibitors. Points are retroactive as of the Fall 2000 Convention in Toronto, ON, Canada. The point system scale is listed below.
First show—one point per show
Two to four shows—three points per show
Five+ shows—five points per show
Points will only be given to exhibitors who comply with ACI’s Exhibitor Guidelines. Failure to comply will result in the loss of points. The point system does not preclude the exhibitor from requesting their top five locations.
ACI Show Management reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan in the event of a potential hazard or to increase traffic flow in the exhibit area.
