Registration Information
Registering for the ACI Spring 2009 Convention is easy. You may register online, by phone, fax, or mail.

Registration Fees
Only registrations with payment will be processed.
*Preregistration rates are available until October 11, 2009. Online registration closes October 25, 2009. After 10/25/09, please register on site at the ACI Registration Desk located at the New Orleans Marriott.

Guest Registration
To process a guest registration, ACI must receive the registration form of the convention attendee along with the guest registration. The guest registration fee includes a continental breakfast Sunday through Wednesday and attendance at the Opening Reception, Guest Tea, and the Concrete Mixer.
Special Events and Tour Tickets
You must be a registered attendee or guest to purchase tickets for special events and tours (one ticket per attendee or guest). Tickets may be purchased up until 24 hours prior to the event for all special events and tours, subject to availability. Times for tours are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund through October 11, 2009. After 10/11/09, there will be a $100 service charge for attendee cancellations and a $10 service charge for guest registration cancellations. No refunds will be given after November 6, 2009, for registration or special events. Tour tickets are nonrefundable at any time after registration has been processed.
Name Badges
Only registered attendees and guests with a name badge will be permitted to attend ACI functions.
Responsible Drinking Policy
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. All ACI-sponsored receptions will offer nonalcoholic beer and soft drinks.
