Move-Out: Tuesday, 10/18/11, 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Please do not break down before the end of the show hours. ACI schedules labor based on the show closing time. No adjustments to the scheduled labor, delivery of storage materials, and acceptance of bills of ladings will be made for an exhibitor who breaks down prior to show closing.
Booth Styles/Inclusions:
10 ft x 10 ft Booth ($1500): two chairs, 8 ft back wall blue drape, 3 ft side blue drape, 6 ft table skirted in white, one electrical outlet, one trash can, and company sign
The exhibit area is carpeted.

Booth Assignments
ACI uses a point system for booth assignments. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in loss of points and a lower priority for booth assignment at the following convention.
5+ shows............5 points per show
2-4 shows...........3 points per show
1st show.............1 point

Please note that ACI Show Management reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan in the event of a potential hazard and for the good of traffic flow in the exhibit area.
