ACI Convention

ACI and the Greater Miami Valley Chapter is excited to offer all exhibitors the opportunity to give a demonstration or presentation highlighting their company products and/or services during the ACI Fall 2011 Convention. Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase a new product, a unique service, or to educate convention attendees about your company.

Demonstrations will be held in the east atrium of the Duke Energy Convention Center, adjacent to the exhibit area and session and committee meeting rooms. Demonstrations will take place on Monday, October 17 and Tuesday, October 18, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm and will be scheduled in 30 minute increments.

If you are interested in making a demonstration or presentation, please review and complete the form below and submit it to ACI Event Services. Demonstration dates and times will be assigned based on the order in which your form is received and the date and time preference indicated on your form. Exhibitors will receive notification of timeslot designation shortly after the form is submitted. Please note: Parties interested in giving a demonstration or presentation must submit the exhibitor application form and booth payment to the ACI Greater Miami Valley Chapter PRIOR to submitting the demonstration form.
