Airport Shuttle

Cincinnati Specialty Tours offers transfer service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport to downtown Cincinnati for $27.50 U.S. per person round trip (if advance reservations are made by October 1st). Service is also available to/from Dayton International Airport for $135 for 1-4 people. Advance reservations are required. To purchase your shuttle ticket in advance, please call Cincinnati Specialty Tours at (513) 300-1222 or download the transportation reservation form now and e-mail or mail your reservation form in.

Rental Cars

Hertz is the official car rental agency for the ACI Fall 2011 Convention. Receive discounts on upgrades, weekly rentals, and weekend rentals. To make advance reservations, call (800) 654-2210 or visit www.hertz.com. Provide the group code 0077289 when making your reservation. Hertz car rental desks are located near baggage claim at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Taxis

Taxi cabs are available outside each terminal at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The flat rate for a taxi to and from the Millennium Hotel (Downtown) is approximately $27 U.S. each way.

Parking

In-and-out valet parking is available for $22.00 per night at the Millennium Hotel. Additional public parking is also available within walking distance to the Millennium Hotel. For more information on public parking locations and rates, click here.

South Bank Shuttle Trolley

Travel between entertainment venues, sports arenas, shopping, dining, and cultural destinations of Newport, Covington, and downtown Cincinnati with South Bank shuttle. For more information, click here.

Visas

ACI is unable to offer any financial assistance to attendees from outside the U.S. traveling to the convention, but will provide a letter of invitation upon request. ACI strongly encourages attendees to request a visa letter 6 months prior to the convention. ACI staff does not communicate directly with consulates or embassies on your behalf. Please contact ACI Event Services at conventions@concrete.org or (248) 848-3795 to request a letter. Please include your complete contact information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) in your request. To determine if a visa is required for your trip, go to www.UnitedStatesVisas.gov.

Individuals from the countries listed should register on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Electronic System for Travel Authorization Web site and fill out an application before traveling by air or sea to the United States. If approved, this application is good for 2 years. You will not need to fill out the I-94W form before each trip. This program is designed to speed up the process for travelers, enable customs officials to screen passengers in advance, and improve security.
