Hotel contracts require ACI to be financially liable for unused sleeping rooms. The sleeping room rate covers the cost of meeting space and the labor to set up each meeting room. Staying at the convention hotel also provides you with the benefit of after-hours networking and easy accessibility to meetings and sessions. Please help ACI avoid unnecessary penalties and keep registration fees lower by booking your sleeping room at the Sheraton Chicago.

handicap logo If you have special requests for your room type, please indicate this on your Web form or when you are making your reservation. The convention rate is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Rollaways and cribs are available for an additional charge and quantities are limited.

No Smoking Please note that the Sheraton Chicago is a smoke-free facility. A cleaning fee will be assessed when evidence of smoking is found in a guest room.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations may be made using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club International credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
Room reservations may be canceled up to 6:00 p.m. CDT the day before you are scheduled to check in without penalty. After this time, one night’s room and tax will be charged.

Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of $75 USD will be charged to any guest who checks out before the reservation date confirmed at check-in.

Room Share Assistance
To lower the cost of sleeping room accommodations, consider sharing a room with another ACI convention attendee. Room rates and incidental charges can be set up separately by the hotel.
