ACI Convention

The Westin Convention Center Hotel is the headquarters hotel for the ACI convention. It is connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center via an enclosed skywalk. Overflow sleeping rooms are available at the Omni William Penn Hotel, located four short blocks from the Westin and Convention Center. Information on sleeping rooms for both hotels is listed below.

Westin Convention Center Hotel

Omni William Penn Hotel

Since 1916, the Omni William Penn Hotel has captivated guests such as John F. Kennedy and Lawrence Welk with its striking beauty and charming elegance. Special Needs
If you have special requests for your room type, please indicate this on your Web form or when you are making your reservation. Reservation cutoff is September 24, 2010. The convention rate is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Rollaways and cribs are available for an additional charge, and quantities are limited.

Non-smoking Policy
Please note that both the Westin Convention Center Hotel and Omni William Penn Hotel are smoke-free facilities. A cleaning fee will be assessed when evidence of smoking is found in a guest room.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations may be made using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club International credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
Westin Convention Center Hotel
Room reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled check in without penalty. After this time, one night’s room and tax will be charged.

Omni William Penn Hotel
Room reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival by 12:00 p.m. local time without penalty. After this time, the subsequent room rate and tax will be charged.

Room Share Assistance
To lower the cost of sleeping room accommodations, consider sharing a room with another ACI convention attendee. Room rates and incidental charges can be set up separately by the hotel.
