On behalf of the ACI Louisiana Chapter, welcome to New Orleans and the ACI Fall 2009 Convention. We have been looking forward to hosting this convention since Hurricane Katrina canceled our first convention in 2005. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to share this experience with you.
New Orleans is known for the unique history and culture that resonate in the music, food, language, and architecture of this exceptional city. During your time in New Orleans, we hope that you will have a chance to experience the city we call home, as it truly is a one-of-a-kind city. Additionally, we have put together an incredible program that features technical and educational sessions on nontraditional ICF’s and concrete performance, a Mardi Gras-themed Concrete Mixer, held at the famous Mardi Gras World, and a Contractors’ Day you won’t want to miss! We hope that you will find this convention to be productive and enjoyable.
We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans!
