Hosting an ACI Convention
Chapters are an integral part in producing a convention. In order to host a convention, chapters should consider the following: number of available active volunteers to participate, current financial status and goals for hosting a convention. The chapter Board of Directors should approve the request to host a future convention. A letter must be written to the Chair of the ACI Convention Committee requesting the convention.The ACI Convention Committee reviews requests for future conventions twice a year. Chapter Convention Guide
The Chapter Convention Guide is a detailed description of chapter responsibilities and compilation of timelines and examples that the CCC will use throughout the planning process.
