Flatwork Finisher/Technician Quality Review Program
The purpose of this program is to assist local sponsoring groups in administering the Flatwork Finisher/Technican Certification in the most effective, fair, and consistent way possible; ensure that ACI's policies are upheld; and to strengthen the credibility of the program through quality reviews and constructive feedback.
As a quality reviewer, you will receive an electronic information package from the ACI Certification Department as confirmation of your scheduled quality review. The package will include the following materials:
- Quality Review Guidelines
- Flatwork Finisher & Technician Quality Review Checklist
- Quality Reviewer Expense Report
- LSG Summary Sheet (includes contact names/information and examiner list with program authorization codes)
- Session Summary Sheet (includes exam date, time, location, examiner, etc.)
- Materials Order Information (includes details on what materials were mailed)
- Directions to Exam Site
- Certification Policy
Prior to the exam, each quality reviewer is responsible for scheduling his/her own transportation and lodging arrangements and including them on the Quality Reviewer Expense Report for reimbursement.
Your responsibility as a quality reviewer is to observe, record the results of your observations, and offer constructive feedback (when applicable) to the certification examiner.
After the examination, the quality reviewer is asked to submit his/her checklist and expense report to ACI headquarters for processing.
