Prometric Testing Centers is authorized to offer objective (written) English examinations for:

Examinees seeking Field Testing Technician – Grade I or Concrete Strength Testing Technician certifications must also pass the performance examination through an ACI-approved local sponsoring group within one year of passing the written examination.

Examinees seeking to upgrade to the full Concrete Flatwork Finisher/Technician certification must submit ACI work experience forms.

Prometric Centers are located in over 220 sites around the U.S., and are open 6 days a week (except for holidays).

Cancelations must be made by noon two days before the scheduled appointment in order to receive a refund.

Preparing for a Prometric Test

Prometric does not provide training or training materials. Visit the Certification Publications page for a listing of ACI workbooks.

On examination day, you should arrive at the test center at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in. You must bring two forms of identification; both must have a signature, and at least one must have a recent photograph or physical description (a social security card is not considered valid ID for this purpose). You may bring a nonprogrammable calculator, but no other materials. Pencils and scratch paper will be provided.
